How long does generation take?+

Usually under sixty seconds. Pull-to-refresh is not needed, the screen advances on its own when your renders are ready.

What if I do not love the renders?+

Upload a different photo and generate again. You only pay if you decide to buy a print or the digital file.

Which photo works best?+

A clear face photo, well-lit, with just your dog in frame. Side profile, paws up, eyes-on-camera all work. We do not need a perfect studio shot.

What about cats, rabbits, or two dogs in one portrait?+

Right now we are dog-only and single-pet only. Multi-pet and other species are on the wish list. Tell us at the email below if you want them sooner.

When does my print ship?+

Production starts within two hours of payment. Most orders ship in three to five business days. Tracking arrives by email the moment your order leaves the press.

Something is wrong with my order.+

Email support and include your order number plus a photo of the issue. We reply within one business day and make it right.
